The questions everybody asks.
No complicated fine print in place of an answer. If something still isn’t clear, call us and we’ll talk it through.
What is the Rapid Credit Process?
It’s our accelerated service for people who want fast results in 30 days or less. We’ll discuss your situation and the best way to get started.
How do I get started with the Rapid Credit Process?
Call 214.549.4743 or request a callback. We’ll ask a few simple questions, learn what you want to accomplish, and explain the next steps.
Can you help before I apply for a mortgage?
We can discuss possible credit reporting errors and your options. Only your mortgage lender can assess your application and determine approval.
What kinds of credit report issues can we review?
We can discuss potentially inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information on your credit reports and help you understand your options. You can also dispute errors yourself for free.
How much are the programs?
The service options have different pricing and scope. You will receive the complete price, written terms, required disclosures, and cancellation information before enrolling. We do not charge simply to talk with you initially.
Can you delete collections or late payments?
Potentially inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information may be disputed. No service can promise that accurate, current, verifiable items will be removed just because they are negative.
How long does the standard process take?
A standard plan may be organized around an initial 60–90 day period, but actual dispute investigations, responses, and any corrections can take more or less time. There is no guaranteed result.
Can I dispute credit report errors on my own?
Yes. You can dispute inaccurate credit reporting yourself without paying a third party. Visit AnnualCreditReport.com for access to your reports and consumerfinance.gov for consumer guidance.
Do you guarantee my score will go up?
No. Scores depend on many factors, and different scoring systems can produce different results. We cannot guarantee a score change or loan approval.
What should I bring to our first conversation?
Your questions, your general timeline, and a sense of what you see on your credit report. Do not send Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or account numbers through this website form.
